Pelvic Floor: The Floor of the Core
Our pelvic floor is an integral part of core and it's time to make this topic less taboo!
In this workshop, you will be led through a yoga flow by Dr. Bre, a pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist, yoga instructor and owner of Bre Marie Wellness. There will be time allotted to discuss in community and ask questions, nothing is TMI. You will learn about the anatomy and functions of the pelvic floor, what's common but not normal and ways to reconnect with your pelvic floor through breath and movement.

Breath + Sound Journey
Kate and her dear friend Amy Potter, of Potter Wellness, invite you for an afternoon of shedding Winter and awakening to the Spring season through Breathwork and Sound Healing!
During our time together, Kate will lead an extended Breathwork journey, allowing you to move into a meditative state, opening up the possibility of profound healing and release.
Amy will then lead an extended Sound Healing for your integration of all the energies moved through Breath.
This potent offering is not to be missed!
Breathwork is a powerful path of transformation, a tool used to reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue (physical, emotional, and spiritual). It lowers blood pressure, strengthens immunity, boosts energy, and improves overall health.
Breathwork welcomes us into our deeper layers of our system, creates tolerance in your nervous system to be with your experiences in life, invites clarity, and improves focus! Offers opportunity to release T/traumas, stagnant energies and stories no longer serving you.
Sound Healing offers opportunity to bring us from imbalance to balance. The frequency and vibration of sound can reach all the crevasses of the mind, body, and soul. Amy's sound healing instruments will help you further release anything that is not serving your highest self and guide you to an elevated yet deep rest.
These healing modalities combined will allow your systems to feel purposefully connected to your bodies, experience the intelligence contained within them, and offer release and ease by the end of our time together!
Preparation:
Please refrain from eating 2ish hours prior to workshop, breath is best practiced on an empty stomach
Dress in comfortable layers, body temperature fluctuations are normal effect of Breathwork
Option to bring a journal for reflections at end of healings
Bonus suggestion:
Take the 10:15 yoga class and make this a half day mini-retreat to welcome in this new season! (definitely bring a change of clothes if so, we know that class gets sweaty!)

Welcome to Little Lights Children's Yoga!
Your child will engage in mindful movement as well as social emotional learning. Class can consist of breath awareness, a warm up, exposure to yoga poses (both individual and partner/group poses), games, a small craft, read alouds, and some quiet time to reset. Children work independently and collaboratively to cultivate a sense of community and belonging.
I can't wait to move with you and see your light shine!

We will start with a heated yoga flow that will help move through any unwanted energy that we often hold in our bodies.
