A beautiful combination of support, healing and cleansing for those with substance use disorder. Experience connection with others who share a similar journey, by participating in a 12-Step based voluntary discussion and group support combined with a Yoga practice specifically designed to cultivate physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Following the discussion, you will be led in a slow flow gentle practice focusing on breath and meditation. We then will melt into restorative poses focusing on calming the nervous system. NO yoga experienced needed. This is an all levels class.

Emo Forever is a low-impact, full-body workout inspired by your favorite emo anthems, featuring small, targeted movements, high-repetition sets, and light resistance that seriously burn. The Sweat Social
The Sweat Social is where movement meets community.
This special event features the signature low-impact Energy Barre blend of barre-inspired movement, pilates, and resistance training, elevated with infrared heat for an invigorating, full-body sweat.
What makes the Sweat Social different is what happens after the workout. After class, stay and connect. The Sweat Social includes time to socialize, indulge in refreshments, enjoy curated brand experiences, and meet others who value movement and community. The intention is to break the ice by moving together, engage with new people, and leave feeling energized and connected.

Yoga Teacher Training Begins
Deepen your practice or step into the role of teacher with our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training led by Cape Ann Yoga School and The Energy Barre.
Through our program we give you an opportunity to learn, to grow, and to find your own voice. You will achieve success in a challenging and supportive atmosphere. You will graduate confident and ready to teach.
We have over 5,000 hours and 25 years of teacher training experience. We know what works and how to best support you.
Our curriculum is based on classical yoga traditions, made accessible and understandable for today's yoga student. Yoga is first and foremost a system of personal excellence, providing a framework for self study and growth.
Throughout this program we use a power vinyasa sequence as the foundation of our teaching. From here you can grow and adapt to meet all of the students on your journey. We excitedly welcome all levels - whether you want to teach or simply grow your understanding of yoga on and off the mat.

Led by Merissa, Steph, and Tara, this energetic collaboration begins with Yoga Sculpt, using light to medium weights to create a full-body burn that builds strength, confidence, and momentum. From there, Heat weaves in intermittent cardio, barre-inspired movement, and strength work to elevate endurance . The workshop closes with Restorative Yoga, inviting the body to slow down through extended holds, gentle mindful stillness, and guided meditation to encourage deep rest and surrender.
Each participant will receive a thoughtfully curated intention-setting gift bag, offering tools to support reflection and ritual beyond the mat.
You’ll leave feeling recalibrated, grounded, and connected—carrying a sense of balance and clarity with you long after the workshop ends.

THE MAGIC IN YOUR MAKING 💫 ACAI + ASTROLOGY
Class will be an hour and 45 minutes and we will do a teeny bit of kundalini yoga + meditation for visualizing / manifesting our year ahead. Then we will enjoy acai bowls while we go through the 2026 astrology transits. Candlelight: Reiki and Restore
Start your new year balanced and in tune with your energy.
Margaux will guide participants in a 50 minute restorative yoga practice meant to settle the physical body and release any stagnant energy. While in savasana, participants will have the option to receive Reiki to recalibrate their system. The entirety of practice will be led by candle light and participants are encouraged to bring a sleep mask or eye pillow, water and wear comfortable cozy clothing. Come be fully taken care of in community.

Silent Night: Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath
Take a quiet pause before the holiday rush with Silent Night, a deeply calming restorative class designed to help you unwind, reset, and give something back to yourself during a busy season. You’ll be guided through soothing restorative poses with optional hands-on assists and Reiki to support grounding, softness, and release.
We’ll close the evening with a short crystal bowl sound bath to settle the nervous system and leave you feeling centered and restored.

Move for a Mission: Boston Marathon Fundraiser Class
