    Try to arrive about ten minutes early so that we can acclimate you to our studio. *Come as you are!*

    1. Create a Mind Body account and log in.

    2. Select Online Store and click on Services

    3. Using the dropdown, select Group Classes

    4. Select First t 5 for $55

    5. Follow prompts to complete checkout

    6. Click on the Class tab to choose your class and click 'Sign Up Now'

  • We provide all equipment needed to complete your workout. So essentially, all you need is YOU!

    Most folks wear leggings and a tank or a tee shirt - wear what you feel comfortable moving in!

    We do not require barre socks or studio footwear; if you like them, bring them!

    Certain classes do require clean, indoor sneakers - this would be indicated in the class description.

    We recommend bringing a hand towel for heated classes

    We sell water for $2

    We also sell awesome studio apparel, in case you forget your clothes or your wardrobe needs a refresh!

  • Our classes are ALL - LEVELS and our instructors are well-trained and prepared to help you modify or amplify your workout whenever necessary!

    Our Classic classes are a great place to begin for fitness, our **POWER and VINYASA** are a great place to begin for yoga. Just sign up for the class that fits your schedule, and get in here!
