Our 40-hour in-studio Barre Teacher Training is an immersive program that fuses anatomy, technique, sequencing, leadership, and real-world teaching. Whether you dream of guiding classes or simply want to deepen your barre practice, this is your launchpad.

Deepen your practice or step into the role of teacher with our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training led by Julianna Curtis and the EB team. This six-month program blends yoga, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, and teaching methodology to give you the skills and confidence to lead classes or simply enrich your own practice. This program is designed for all levels - whether you want to teach or simply grow your understanding of yoga on and off the mat.
