When you register for this training you commit to the 40 hour in studio immersion with our dedicated team of program instructors. Approximately 10 hours of independent course material will be provided ahead of the training and digital support material will be provided for guided practice and training between training weekends.

• Syllabus includes: Science behind movement in barre, anatomy and body structure, building a barre class, sequencing, teaching to music, powerful teaching techniques, trauma informed leadership, the teacher personality, industry insight and how to start teaching

• Training manual and digital training content for ‘at home commitment’ will be emailed 5 days prior to training start date.

• 40 Hour Training Certificate presented upon completion

• Teaching opportunity within The Energy Barre is not guaranteed. The pathway to teaching opportunity will be detailed during the training.

Saturday November 15 + Sunday November 16, 8 am - 3 pm

Commencement Class: Date TBD (optional)

Practical Extensions: 4 Sundays TBD 7 am - 9 am (optional)
