This session is centered around reconnecting with your physical body as a gateway to healing and self-awareness. You’ll learn how to shift out of overthinking and back into sensation through simple grounding and somatic practices.
By understanding the body–energy connection and how your system holds stress, you’ll begin to deepen awareness of stored tension and emotional patterns while creating space for release, clarity, and alignment.
As we learn to listen to the body rather than push past it, we begin to feel more present, empowered, and connected within ourselves and our lives.
