Billing & Account RequirementsMembers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file at all times.
Failed or declined payments must be resolved before additional class reservations may be made.
Membership privileges may be suspended until any outstanding balances have been resolved.
Memberships may not be shared, transferred, assigned, or used by any individual other than the member listed on the account.
Membership HoldsAnnual Members may place their membership on hold for one (1) 30-day billing cycle during any twelve-month period.
Attendance & Studio PoliciesClasses canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, or missed without cancellation, will incur a $12 late cancellation or no-show fee.
All members are subject to current Studio Policies.
Failure to comply with Studio Policies may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.

After the initial 4-month commitment has been satisfied, membership may be canceled at any time by emailing hello@theenergybarre.com at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled auto-payment.
Cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the next scheduled auto-payment may result in one final membership charge.

Membership includes 10 class credits per membership cycle
Membership credits may be used for all regularly scheduled classes.
Unused class credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each membership cycle.

Membership dues of $128 will automatically be charged to the payment method on file every 30 days.

Membership Eligibility
The Student Membership is available exclusively to clients who are full-time students and 22 years of age or younger.
Valid student ID must be presented annually
The Energy Barre reserves the right to request proof of age and/or current full-time student status at any time.
Proof of eligibility may be requested annually or at the studio's discretion.
If a member no longer meets eligibility requirements, The Energy Barre reserves the right to convert the membership to the appropriate membership option or discontinue membership benefits.

late cancellations + Fees Studio Wide 12 Hour Window
Our cancellation window is 12 hours before class. If you cancel within that window, there is a penalty. This policy helps us keep class spots available and encourages everyone to update their reservation when plans change.
We completely understand that life happens: common illness, oversleeping, getting held up at work, childcare changes, traffic, and other unexpected circumstances can all affect your ability to make it to class. While we know these situations can be frustrating and unavoidable, they do not constitute exception to the rule.
We reserve exceptions for true emergencies or extraordinary circumstances and appreciate your understanding as we work to apply our policy fairly and consistently across our community.
Unlimited, Student + Annual Members: $10 cancellation fee
Limited Members: loss of single credit
Beginning September 2026 our cancellation fees will be charged in automation. If you do not have an active card on file, please update your mindbody account.

If we are able to field your email or call prior to the late fee’s automatic processing we will remove you from class with no charge. If the fee has already been applied we will place a $10 credit on your next billing cycle.
While office hours are generally weekdays 10 am - 4 pm, we cannot guarantee immediate responses. We will always do the best that we can.

Applying a same day swap courtesy to your account is something that we try to accommodate for our members when possible.
The class swap must be requested and approved prior to class start time.
