Deep Stretch Yin Yoga +Bodywork

Integrating MindBody medicine, Yin Yoga and Holistic skincare, this deep healing stretch will

ease physical discomfort, ground your nerves, calm your mind and restore your energy.

The entire practice is seated and lying down, surrendering into poses for an extended amount of

time.

Breath by breath, you’ll be guided into relaxation with simple evidence based practices to help

you release thoughts and elicit the relaxation response, which regulates our heart rate

variability, blood pressure and respiratory function.

As a licensed Esthetician, Chanelle brings elements of spa to the mat for a nurturing and restful

experience. Throughout the practice, you'll receive Acupressure, Reiki, hands-on adjustments

and gentle warm stone massage.

Gentle sounds of relaxing, healing music will comfort and lull you into a deep state of relaxation.

Truly, no prior yoga or fitness experience is needed. If you're inflexible and can't touch your toes,

then this is the perfect class for you!

Wear comfortable, layered clothing to manage your body temperature. Easily move and rest in.

Our body temperature drops when we are relaxed.

What to bring

● Sun glasses if it’s a sunny day

● Yoga mat. Pilates mats are ideal for yin yoga.

● Bath or beach towel

● Eye pillow.

● Crystals, journal or whatever makes you feel cozy, relaxed and at peace
