FITNESS FLOW
An athletic style of yoga designed to feel like a workout and deliver the benefits of a yoga practice. Both postures and exercises will be seamlessly woven together. Light weights may or may not be used. FITNESS FLOW invites students to marry the two movement styles with an encouraging and fun delivery.
