Strategies for Success

SET UP YOUR SPACE:

Decide where your home workouts will happen, and set that space up for success! If you've got the ability to have your mat and props set out and ready to go, then do that! If you have a multi purpose space, find a big basket and toss your props and your mat in for an easy grab and a pleasing aesthetic!

PREPARE A 'GO BAG':

If you're moving in studio, dedicate a bag to your studio gear: toss a couple of masks, a few layers, your sneakers, a water bottle, hand sanitizer and a bar or two into your bag - hang it in the same spot and you'll always be ready to go!

BOOK YOUR CLASSES:

Studio class sizes are limited, and livestream can reduce the motivation to log on and get moving. Book your classes in advance, you'll secure your spot and your commitment and you will WANT to show up for yourself! Plus, we'll know to expect you and we really love to see you!

WALK DAILY:

Take some time to get outside every day (when possible) get away from the screens, catch some fresh air and rack up some steps! A quick walk around the block or a long trek through the woods, it's time well spent!

STRETCH DAILY:

If you want to be able to follow through on the commitment of this challenge, you have got to take care of your body! You can join our weekly yin class, press play on a ten minute stretch via the energy channel, or just listen to the call of your body and respond! Foam rolling is a great ways to relieve sore muscles, too!

ADJUST - DON’T QUIT:

You're going to discover what your mind and body crave and what it needs. Listen and respond with love! If you go in with a plan and discover that something is not right for you, make an adjustment and keep going! If you find yourself frustrated or struggling, drop us a DM we are here to cheer you on!
