General 2 — The Energy Barre

5 CENTRAL SQUARE, STONEHAM, MA 02180 (THE DOW BLOCK BUILDING, 4TH FLOOR)

Our large brick building is located between Main and Central Streets. Look for J&B Butcher, Rang Indian Bistro, and Kenzo Salon. We are on the fourth floor of this building.
Free street parking is plentiful along either side of Main Street, as well as in the large municipal lot, accessible via Franklin Street and Central Street.
For security our main entry access is locked before 6 AM and after 7 PM Monday - Saturday, all day on Sunday. To enter when the door is locked please buzz the doorbell for 402, our staff will buzz you in. Late entries will be missed after class begins, please arrive on time.
The studio is open 10 minutes prior to class time. There is an elevator behind the entryway stairs if you prefer not to take the stairs.

EB Medford is conveniently located on the outskirts of Medford Square’s heavy traffic, and fully surrounded by street parking and public parking lots.
EB Medford is located on the same block as Donuts with a Difference and CVS Pharmacy, and is nestled between the Mystic River and City Hall Mall.
You will find plenty of metered street parking and public parking lots.
EB Medford is our “storefront”studio.” Enter the studio through our main doors on Riverside Avenue.

181 ELLIOTT STREET BEVERLY, MA, 01915 (THE CUMMINGS CENTER, 100 BUILDING, SUITE B20-D)

Coming from the main entrance on Elliott Street we are in the building to the RIGHT. This is the 100 Building.
We are located across from Paula's Hair Salon and Day Spa and across from the North Shore Community College Adult Learning Center.
PARKING ENTRANCE 120A:
Closest exterior access to our suite. From main entrance on Elliott Street, take a right after the information booth (in front of People's United Bank) and drive in front of the 100 building, take a left to pull down the parking alley to the far right hand side of this building. Look for the large green flag with 120A written in white, enter through this door. *Depending on time of day parking will be limited here
PARKING ENTRANCE 100E:
Most Plentiful parking available via Parking garage and large main lot in front of the 100 building. From main entrance on Elliott Street pull into parking lot to your right in front of 100 building. Utilize parking garage or main lot.
Look for large green flag with 100E written on it. Walk straight to the end of the hallway and take a right, we will be on your right, suite B20D.
The studio is open 10 minutes prior to class time. We are in a basement space, down one flight of stairs. The door to our space will lock when class begins, please arrive on time.
