The New Year Melt Down Challenge

It's that time of year again! Maybe you're making a resolution, maybe a commitment to a healthy 2016, maybe you're just looking to reset after some holiday indulgence! Whatever the case may be, we've got a challenge for you - and we know that you're up for it!

The New Year Melt Down is an 8-week fitness and lifestyle challenge that will encourage you to push your limits, acknowledge your habits, and strive for a healthy, balanced YOU!

The details:

  • 8 weeks: Sunday, January 17th - Saturday, March 12th
  • 32 classes: approximately 4 classes per week, but you manage your schedule! As long as you complete 32 EB Classes within the challenge timeframe- you're golden!
  • 10k steps per day: each and everyday you must achieve 10,000 steps! This is a collection of your entire daily activity so every step counts. Make sure to wear your pedometer all day, everyday!
  • Sign up in studio with your full name and provide your name as it appears on Facebook

Track your success:
Committing to each aspect of the challenge, in conjunction with a healthy well balanced diet, will result in a stronger, healthier, and more confident YOU! You will feel and see the results for yourself! If you would like to track your success numerically we will gladly take your measurements before and after the challenge. This is not a mandatory aspect of the challenge! If you wish to be measured you must register for one of our scheduled measurement blocks. In the past, we have made accommodations to measure outside of our scheduled times, however, given the popularity of our challenges we can no longer personally accommodate individual schedules. For consistency and commitment to the challenge,  please sign up for a measurement block if you wish to be measured!

EB Challenge Facebook Community:
For the duration of the challenge, we run a community Facebook group where all members of the challenge can seek inspiration and provide encouragement. Together we stay on track and true to our goals!


  • As always, you may pay as you go using any combination of class packages. This includes: credits currently on your account, gift certificates, packages purchased during challenge and community classes.
  • New Year Melt Down Package: holds you accountable to complete your 32 classes before the challenge ends and provides a discounted price per class! 
    • 32 classes - $340, activates on 1/17 and expires on 3/13; no extensions! Available for sale online until 1/16!
    • This package is a one-time, up-front purchase ONLY. No payment plan.
