WHAT IF I AM NOT IN SHAPE?
If you don’t feel like you are in shape, why not start here? We provide a great, challenging experience in a welcoming environment where all fitness levels are welcomed and celebrated. We understand that trying something new can be overwhelming and intimidating, but we promise those feelings will instantly dissolve.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Yoga pants or workout pants with a tank or tee seem to be the perfect pair…but you should be comfortable. Wear something you feel comfortable in.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR ON MY FEET?
Bare feet, in-studio footwear, and socks are welcomed. Make your feet happy!
*Clean indoor sneakers are required for all cardio classes.
DO I NEED TO REGISTER ONLINE?
We strongly suggest advanced online registration to secure a spot in class. Our class sizes are limited and likewise will be cancelled if there are no registered participants. Walk-ins will be accommodated as possible All clients must have an online account before attending class for the first time.
WHY DO I NEED AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?
Your online account enables you to manage your Energy Barre routine from your home, your phone - anywhere! Classes can be purchased, scheduled, and cancelled through your personal account. Upon creating an account you will sign our liability release and provide us with emergency contact information. Please include your phone number on your account. There may be times we need to reach you regarding cancellations.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. No-shows and cancellations within the 12-hour window will be charged in full. If you know that you will not be able to make it to class, please cancel yourself through your online account so that we may add the next person on the waiting list. You do not need to email The Energy Barre® when you cancel or no-show; we understand that life happens. Exceptions will only be made in emergency situations.
SHOULD I SIGN UP FOR THE WAITING LIST?
We strongly suggest signing up for the waiting list. More often than not we are able to add clients to class. If you sign up for the waiting list please keep an eye on your email. You will receive an e-mail notification when you are added to class. Once you are in, you are in! Our late cancellation policy applies to wait list additions as well.
HOW MANY CLASSES SHOULD I TAKE PER WEEK?
For rapid, lasting results we suggest taking 3-5 classes per week. Paired with a nutritious active lifestyle, you will see and feel your body transform. 1-2 classes per week will deliver consistent results, too! Do what makes you feel good!
WHAT IF I AM NOT FLEXIBLE OR HAVE NOT DANCED BEFORE?
This does not matter at all! Our method is inspired by traditional ballet positions in combination with many other fitness techniques. No dancing experience necessary.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
We provide all equipment needed for a fabulous class! You may want to bring water and a towel. Don’t forget sneakers for cardio classes!
IS THERE A PLACE FOR ME TO CHANGE?
All studios have areas available for changing.
IS THERE A PLACE FOR MY PERSONAL ITEMS?
Personal items may be left in the cubbies of our waiting areas of our studios. The Energy Barre® is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
