The moderate-impact workout fuses elements of yoga, Pilates, ballet, and traditional weight training paired with dance inspiration and heightened movement to deliver a unique, energetic, dynamic, safe, and fun workout! Class is carried out entirely on the fitness matte. Class is set to upbeat music combining simple and complex moves. Modifications are always offered, and EB Matte Remix is open to all levels. EB RAISE THE BARRE

EB Raise the Barre is a full-body class carried out almost entirely at the ballet barre. Class is designed to blast major calories, strengthen every muscle group, improve your poise and posture, and create the graceful, strong, lean lines of a dancer's body. Class is set to upbeat music and will keep you moving with occasional moderate impact while incorporating multiple muscle groups in each series. Modifications are always offered and this class is open to all levels. Expect the instructor to both visually and verbally instruct by demonstrating the workout and offering hands-on adjustments throughout class. Pace is swift and rhythmic. Offered in full-length format.

EB HIIT THE MATTE

EB Hiit the Matte is The Energy Barre’s own spin on high intensity interval training. Class is designed to alternate periods of short, intense, anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Pairing signature EB Matte exercises with traditional boot camp inspiration, this class will make you sweat, shake, and burn! Class is carried out entirely at the fitness matte using slightly heavier weights for an increased burn. Moderate to greater impact involved is involved; clean, indoor sneakers are required. Class is set to upbeat music combining simple and complex moves. Modifications are always offered, and this class is open to all levels. Expect the instructor to workout right along beside you offering mostly verbal cues to keep class moving and energy high. Pace alternates between fast and moderate. Offered in express format.

EB BURN

EB Burn is our original cardio class designed to get the body moving and keep it moving. Class will elevate your heart rate through cardio training with minor toning-recovery periods. Signature Energy Barre toning is incorporated with the focus being: movement of the body, elevated heart rate, sweat, steps, and calorie burn. Moderate to greater impact is involved; clean indoor sneakers are required. Class is set to upbeat music combining simple and complex moves, but modifications are always offered. EB Burn is open to all levels. Expect the instructor to workout right along beside you offering mostly verbal cues to keep class moving and energy high. Pace alternates between fast and moderate.  This class is offered in full-length and express format, and is offered with and without the ballet barre.

EB CARDIO BOOTY BURN

EB Cardio Booty Burn is a high energy, high intensity class focused on working the butt off - literally! Torch calories with moderate to high impact cardio, and lift and shape the bottom with targeted toning intervals. Class is carried out on your feet and on the fitness matte. Clean indoor sneakers are required. Class is set to upbeat music combining simple and complex moves, and modifications are always offered. This class is open to all levels. Don’t. Stop. Moving! This class is designed to elevate your heart rate and keep it pumping for the duration of class! The focus is to move, sweat, and shred calories. Moderate to greater impact is involved and clean, indoor sneakers are required. Class is set to upbeat music combining simple and complex moves. Modifications are always offered and this class is open to all levels. Expect the instructor to workout right along beside you offering mostly verbal cues to keep class moving and energy high. Pace is fast. Eb Pure Cardio is offered in full-length and express format.

EB Rhythm and Matte

Combining our popular EB Cardio Dance class with our signature EB Matte class, you will move like a dancing queen and tone like an Energy Barre Girl. Class begins with cardio dancing and ends with matte-based toning to deliver sweat, shake, strength, and length! Moderate to greater impact is involved and clean, indoor sneakers are required. Modifications are always offered and this class is open to all levels. Expect the instructor to workout right along beside you offering mostly verbal cues to keep class moving and energy high. Hands-on modifications will be offered during the matte portion. Pace begins fast and rhythmic and ends moderate and consistent. This class is offered in full-length format.

EB Cardio Dance

Boost your fitness routine with this fun and fresh cardio class! Let's face it, we weren't all blessed with that naturally sexy rhythm, but at EB it doesn't matter what it looks like, it just matters that you move! Come have some fun while our rhythmically-inclined instructors take you through a sweaty cardio sesh that makes you feel like a professional! You'll have so much fun and torch calories while you are at it! Moderate to greater impact is  involved and clean, indoor sneakers are required. ZUMBA ®

ZUMBA is Latin-inspired dance fitness often referred to as exercise in disguise! Class is set to upbeat dance music combining low-intensity intervals with high-intensity intervals to deliver a great cardio class attainable by all!
